Lecture Content:

This unique lecture is a look at the long term development of speed and speed-strength abilities via statistical analysis and data review. PJ takes his audience through a review of the evolution of speed development and then examines the effect of various influences and factors on long term speed development. A special aspect of this analysis is data on some of the top sprinters in history and the effect strength training had on their long term development with data that PJ collected directly from interviews with the athletes themselves. Critical for coaches in sports where speed is king.
